Scott's Philosophy

My passion for food started early sparked by a childhood in nature. Escaping to roam across the orchards of Kent whilst my Mother picked apples.

Out lamping for rabbits with friends and scrumping strawberries long before they all ended up under plastic.

Verdigris is a return to my roots.
