THE WINNING XO DESSERT PAIRING!!!
In July last year Scott Goss & James Harrison competed in a dessert & Remy XO pairing at Bibendum in London.
The judging panel was headed up by two-Michelin star chef Claude Bosi. Verdigris was one of the five winning
restaurants including Sketch, The Five Fields, Mere and The Connaught.
We are happy to offer you this opportunity to experience this dessert pairing part of our

SCOTT GOSS

My passion for food started early, sparked by a childhood in nature. Escaping to roam the orchards of Kent whilst my Mother picked apples. Out lamping for rabbits with friends and scrumping strawberries long before they all ended up under plastic.

Verdigris marries the joy, delight and memories of those early years with every thing I have learnt since about my craft.  

Every menu I write is my opportunity to share part of myself and for all of us to share the love. But I never forget that Mother Nature is and always will be the true artist - Scott Goss.
