WINES AND COCKTAILS AT VERDIGRIS
We take our wine and cocktails as seriously as we do our food here at Verdigris. Stocking a wide range of fine wines and spirits, using only freshly squeezed juices and the best mixers.
Our mixologists and our sommelier, have between them a vast knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktail mixing.
In keeping with the overall business ethos, many local wines, spirits and beers are available at Verdigris.
The bar team are dedicated to their craft and although there will always be many old favourites there is a constant drive for both cocktail innovation and expansion of an ever more impressive wine selection. Future plans include the development of a private cellar, cocktail events and club (if interested in joining let us know).
