Verdigris Philosophy
Passion for food started in our younger years. The memory of our grandmothers and mothers cooking in those traditional ways that they learnt from their mothers and their mothers mothers before them. The joy and expectation of sitting watching when we were young children as dishes were created and stories were shared.
Verdigris brings the joy, delight and memories of these times when life was simple, food was a shared experience and laughter was heard ringing out from the
kitchen and table alike.
Every menu we write is an opportunity to express who we are, where we come from and for us to share this love and passion with you through food.
